My father, Teodoro Angara, had four brothers and sisters: Juan, Valentino,, Dalmacio and Maria.

Dalmacio Angara is my grandfather. He claims that Bernado Gabaldon Angara, b.1924, is "his cousin's nephew".
[That would make the "cousin" Vicente Aragon Angara or Antonio Aragon Angara.]
