Hi Michael I have a Mary Clevatt born in 1818 at Clapham in my family tree . The Arthur you are researching was born same period, and I am wondering if there is a connection. I believe her parents were Arthur & Mary. If you think there is a connection please contact me. Regards Harvey

Thankyou for reply. I am not sure Arthur is a brother to Mary.
The only record I have is the Birth Cert for Martha Ann Burcher on6/2/1843 and her parents were John Burcher and Mary Clevatt.From the Census Forms ,Mary was born 1818-19 and this Mary is the only one I have found around this date.
I have searched the LDS Family Search site and 4 children come up to Arthur Clevatt and Mary.
Their names are
Harriet- C 1814-Durrington
William-C 1816-Ferring
Mary- c 1818-Clapham
Elizabeth C 1825- Clapham.
This is not to say Arthur was not a brother.
I was not able to access your details of family for some reason.

Hi Michael, sorry for bothering you, but I suspect our family trees are entwined. I've only just started researching mine. I am a direct decendant of Walter Emmott (my great grandfather), of Addingham, killed in France in 1915, aged 22. In the 1901 census there is one Walter Emmott in Addingham, aged 8 (which fits) and he is listed as son of James and Ellen Emmott of Addingham, whose other children were Sam, William, Ada, Maria, Emily & James. walter was the youngest. His name does not seem crop up on Genes Reunited, but those of his siblings do - and in your family tree. I wonder if you have information about this you'd be willing to passon, or advice about which sources you checked to build your tree. Thanks in advance for your help, Regards, Sean Emmott
