I have found a reference to Thomas Render at Easingwold Churchyard. It reads: In memory of Thomas Render who departed this life July 3rd 1846 aged 80yrs. Also Mary his wife who died March 1st 1825 aged 60yrs.

(Jack) age 10 months. Joseph and Lucy spent many years at Low Hall Crossing, Brompton, where Joseph was the railway crossing man. Joseph died at Brompton. [In 1901 the parish of Holy Trinity, Hull was an area of Hull by the docks and along the banks of the Humber. It suffered substantial damage during World War Two and Chapel Terrace no longer exists.]
